Why this page remains public
Product names can change. Evidence should not.
Qualification artifacts, case records, governance decisions, and historical claims must remain attributable to the identity and controls under which they were created. Negotiate Power therefore does not relabel Atlas-era evidence as though it originated under BRENO.

Under the Atlas identity, Negotiate Power completed a controlled institutional qualification program designed to test evidence handling, reasoning discipline, uncertainty, competence boundaries, and human-release controls across bounded aviation decision cases.
The recorded result was INSTITUTIONALLY QUALIFIED — BOUNDED for the tested methodology and decision classes.
That result did not establish universal recommendation accuracy, future outcomes, regulatory approval, autonomous authority, customer ROI, product-market fit, production eligibility by itself, or predictive superiority.
Decision Delta
Outcome evidence remains bounded too.
The Atlas-era Decision Delta framework was designed to compare a customer's pre-analysis position, the recommendation, the actual customer decision, and observed outcome when sufficient prospective evidence exists.
It can preserve changes in decision position, uncertainty, evidence, risk treatment, timing, exposure, optionality, and outcome without converting ambiguous or unsupported observations into performance claims.
